PB Electric is known throughout the Northern California area to be an elite level electrical contractor. Since our founding in 1990, we have never advertised and have relied solely on a referral basis. Our task-force has obtained the highest level of training, they install with integrity, and have done so in a safe manor since the very beginning. Our specialty services include installation and maintenance of high voltage, industrial, and commercial facilities.

Paul was born in San Jose and raised in Grass Valley CA. He began his career in the Navy as an electrician where he serviced and maintained submarines. Shortly after leaving the Navy in 1990, Paul started PB Electric as a commercial and industrial service/construction company specializing in newspaper presses and water/wastewater treatment facilities.
In 2000, he incorporated the business and shortly after, began venturing into the high voltage industry. For the past 27 years, Paul has continued to run PB Electric as a profitable company while keeping crew safety and customer satisfaction as his primary goals.
Derek was born in Yuba City California but was raised all over Northern California. He began his career right here at PB Electric Inc. in 2001 as an apprentice electrician. Derek left PB Electric Inc. in 2003 to begin his career of becoming a high voltage journeyman lineman where he spent 10 years as a Utility Lineman as well as a Compliance Inspector. In 2015, Derek returned to PB Electric to officially launch the High Voltage Division. With his expertise in the high voltage utility industry, he provides PB Electric Inc. with the ability to estimate projects competitively, complete them safely, and in a timely manner.
