Safety
Safety is our primary focus here at PB Electric and we will accept no less. Every employee from our office staff to our field personnel ensures the safety of their fellow employees and themselves over everything else. Every job begins with the person in charge (PIC) holding a tailboard briefing with the crew ensuring that each employee understands the job site address, emergency action plan, known hazards and their controls, individual tasks, and last but not least, the overall job scope. We are of the mindset that if we cannot complete the task safely or if any of our employees do not feel safe, anyone can stop the job at any given time. This type of safety culture has kept PB Electric incident free for over 10 years.
Training
We believe that operational excellence begins with training. Our employees receive annual training related to the safe work practices of their position as well as the highest quality lifesaving training. It is our intent to obtain the highest qualified candidates and provide the highest quality training to our team to ensure we have the most qualified personnel. We do this by partnering with JATC, Training per OSHA regulations, and providing CPR, First Aid, and AED training to each and every employee.
